Goose Creek Farms, located in northwest Missouri, offers some of the finest hunting available. Our main properties border Squaw Creek National Wildlife Refuge, home to large trophy-class white-tailed deer. The refuge is also a large holding area for snow geese and numerous species of ducks.
Other properties offer Canada goose hunting, tremendous turkey hunting and wonderful white-tailed deer hunting as well.
These are not public land hunts, but private land mostly owned by Goose Creek Farms, we do use other leases when needed, but our core hunting is our land.
Our lodging is located just minutes from the property, very comfortable and unique lodging sleeps 4-5 hunters comfortably with Satellite TV, Coke, Beer, Snacks and Coffee. Full kitchen if needed.

At peak migration times, Squaw Creek will hold 100,000 or more ducks, a lot of which are more than happy to visit our flooded standing cornfields, which border the refuge. Situated in the cornfields are three pit blinds that comfortably fit five hunters. The blinds are easily accessible and comfortable when the climate turns cold. Each blind has approximately 25-35 acres of flooded corn within a 50 acre cornfield.
Usually the hunting is extremely fast-paced in the morning, but fortunately slows down by mid-morning so you can converse with your fellow hunters between gunshots. Early afternoon usually picks back up until the end of shooting time.
Guides are experienced and know the area well, as well as highly trained hard-hunting Labrador retrievers to make your hunt most enjoyable.

The 7,350 acres of the neighboring refuge offers plenty of room for young bucks to turn into trophies. The refuge is well known for its trophy-sized bucks and we offer you a hunt of their lifetime. With three tower blinds and numerous tree stands throughout the property, your chance at a trophy buck is great!
Last season, with a limited amount of hunters, each hunter had their bag the first or second day. All of the deer taken were 8, 10 and 12-point bucks.

Spread across all of our properties is prime upland game land approximately 500 acres of upland hunting land. Depending on your needs, we have easy walking hunts, or tough tree hunting. Hunt behind the finest Labrador retrievers in the country and see good dog work and a staunch point from our famous retrievers.

Goose Creek Farms offers excellent turkey hunting as it's down close to the Platte River, which is prime Missouri turkey country. The hillsides are full of flocks with possibly multiple opportunities to bag a big ole' tom!
Our guides can help you call, or just help locate birds, but they will get you in the right place for a chance at a tom.

Late winter offers some of the best snow goose hunting while they are headed back north for the summer. Squaw Creek is a major stopping area for the snow geese and the possibility of having 300,000 - 500,000 snows and blues on the refuge almost guarantees an excellent hunt.
